The Work
From a leader who protects the day you built to a producer carrying a multi-day weekend, there is a tier for the wedding you are actually building. One price per tier, every area we serve, and support that starts the day you book.
Every couple I work with has a different relationship to planning. Some have a binder, a Pinterest board, and a vision already in place. Others want a peer to build the whole year with them. Some are producing weekends.
Each one belongs in a different tier. Find yours below.
Tier · 01
For the couple who has built the vision and wants a leader to protect it on the day.
You have shaped the day. Your venue is booked, your vendors are locked, and the file in your head is full. From the day you book, my inbox is yours. Six weeks before the wedding, I take the file from you. I audit the plan, catch what you did not realize you missed, run your rehearsal, and lead the vendor team through every hour of the day itself.

2026 · Starting at · *Day-of Coordination
All areas · up to 100 guests · $3,500 to 175 · $3,900 to 250
Tier · 02
For the couple who has the venue, has the vendors in motion, and wants a guide to bring them all together.
You have eight vendors in motion and none of them are talking to each other. You are reading contracts in lunch breaks and trying to remember whether the rentals were confirmed. Support starts the day you book, and from three months out I actively manage all of it, early enough to make the run-up to your day feel like the season it is supposed to be. Anticipation, not exhaustion. And one promise, printed right here: the price on this page is the price you pay.

2026 · *Partial Planning with support
All areas · all-inclusive to 200 guests · nothing added later
Tier · 03
For the couple planning early, dreaming big, and still searching for the place where it all happens.
You got engaged, you started the Pinterest board, and then you hit the first real wall: where. Every venue site says the same nothing, and you cannot tell from photos which lot holds thirty cars, which lawn needs a shuttle, and which view loses cell service the moment you need it most. I can. This is everything in the Planning & Management Experience, plus me finding your venue with you, walking every site beside you, and negotiating the contract once you fall in love.
The worries I quietly carry for you
Booking a venue before discovering what it does not include
A parking lot, a shuttle route, or a load-in that nobody flagged
A venue contract signed without a second set of eyes
Falling for a view and inheriting a logistics problem
What the day feels like for you
A hand-picked shortlist instead of forty open browser tabs
Guided tours where I spot the load-in problem before you have thought to ask
A venue contract negotiated by someone who reads them for a living
Every promise of the Planning & Management Experience, from that day forward
What is included in the engagement
Everything in the Planning & Management Experience
Venue research and a hand-picked shortlist built for your guest count and budget
Guided venue tours with me walking the site beside you
Venue contract negotiation through signing
Built for couples booking six to ten months out
2026 · *Partial Planning + venue sourcing
Flat · all areas · venue work is the specialty
Tier · 04
For the couple building something at scale and wanting a peer to build it with them.
You have interviewed two or three planners. One was too small. One was too corporate. Neither sounded like the person you wanted across the table for the next nine months. This tier is for the couple at $95,000 and above who is not looking for a vendor. They are looking for a peer. I am the primary consultant from your first conversation to the last dance of the wedding.
The worries I quietly carry for you
A vision that drifts under too many small decisions
Vendors selected on availability instead of fit
A budget that quietly runs over because nobody is holding it
A wedding that ends up looking like the next one, not yours
What planning feels like for you
A peer in the room from the first vision meeting
Mood boards, florals, stationery, and signage moving as one piece
A budget tracked from engagement through wedding day
Sixteen hours of me on the day itself, with an assistant beside me
What is included in the engagement
Vision and design meeting to lock aesthetic, must-haves, and budget guardrails
Venue research, full vendor sourcing, vetting, and negotiation
Design direction across florals, stationery, signage, and styling
Budget creation and tracking from engagement through wedding day
Up to sixteen hours onsite with one assistant included
Contract and invoice audit across your entire vendor team
Editorial submission to one publication if the wedding qualifies
2026 · Starting at
For couples with $95,000+ total wedding budgets
Signature Tier
Tier · 05
For the destination weekend, the hotel takeover, the multi-day celebration that does not fit inside one wedding day.
Some weddings are not weddings. They are weekends. A welcome dinner in Hood River, a ceremony at Wind Mountain Ranch, a brunch at the hotel the day after. They live across multiple venues, multiple vendor teams, multiple timelines. This tier exists because that work deserves its own production model and its own floor.
The worries I quietly carry for you
A weekend that runs together because no single planner is holding all of it
Guest movement and shuttles that go sideways when the timing is tight
A design that fragments when it stretches across venues
A welcome dinner that gets less attention than the wedding itself
What planning feels like for you
A custom scope shaped around the weekend you are actually planning
Production-scale logistics across every event from welcome to brunch
Two assistants beside me on the day itself
Editorial submission included for the work we make together
What is included in the engagement
Custom scope built around your specific event design
Multi-day coordination across welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, and brunch
Everything in Full Service Planning & Design
Production-scale design and logistics across multiple venues
Two assistants included; additional staff at cost
Editorial submission included
2026 · Starting at
Multi-day events · destination weekends
Full coverage on either end of the day for couples who want every personal item placed and packed by my team.
Coordination of catering and service staff across the wedding day timeline.
