The Planner Behind the Team

Hello, I am Brittney.

A wedding planner and producer working across Seattle, Portland, and the Pacific Northwest.

Wedding MBA · Certified
A Note from the Lead Planner

I lead the team, the design, the plan; so you can be present.

I am Brittney Blondino, and I plan and produce weddings across Seattle and the Pacific Northwest with a team of four lead coordinators under my oversight. I have run forty weddings in a single year and now hold a roster of ten by choice while my team carries the Wedding Day and Planning & Management work. The couples I serve remember how it felt to be taken care of.

Years of weddings teach you a particular kind of calm. The kind that lets a couple stop reaching for their phone, lets a family member sit down at the reception, lets a parent finally exhale. That calm is the work. It is also what no other boutique planner in this market is leading with.

Two weddings sit at the center of how I think about this work. The first was an Italian-style celebration at Sentinel, where the family dynamics ran in every direction at once and the vendor team needed someone holding the whole room. I learned what it means to be the steady hand in that kind of moment. The second was a wedding at Wind Mountain Ranch, where a multi-bus shuttle carried over a hundred guests across the Columbia Gorge without a single timing miss. The bigger the day, the calmer the planner has to be. Both lessons are still with me on every wedding I lead.

If you are looking for a planner who is going to lead, send a note. I would love to hear about the day you are building.

The Team

Four lead coordinators, one standard.

Every wedding I take on is led by either me or one of the planners I trained myself. The work below your name is held by people who learned how I do it.

How I Work

Three things I will always bring you

No. 01

Calm

Your wedding day moves quickly. My job is to make sure that pace never reaches you. I hold the timeline, the questions, and the small decisions so the day around you feels still.

No. 02

Care

Every detail you have chosen carries meaning. The candles your aunt sent. The handwritten place cards. I treat each one the way you would, because each one is the reason the room feels like yours.

No. 03

Conviction

Years of weddings teach you when to step in and when to step back. I know which vendor questions matter at month four, which conversations belong at month one, and which problems on the day itself you never need to hear about.

The Work

Four tiers, one standard.

From a leader who steps in three weeks before the day to a producer carrying a multi-day weekend, there is a tier for the wedding you are actually building.

Every couple I work with has a different relationship to planning. Some have a binder, a Pinterest board, and a vision already in place. Others want a peer to build the whole year with them. Some are producing weekends.

Each one belongs in a different tier. Find yours below.

Tier · 01

Wedding Day Management

For the couple who has built the vision and wants a leader to protect it on the day.

You have shaped the day. Your venue is booked, your vendors are locked, and the file in your head is full. Three weeks before the wedding, I take it from you. I audit the plan, catch what you did not realize you missed, and lead the vendor team through every hour of the day itself.

The worries I quietly carry for you
  • Vendors arriving without a single point of contact
  • A timeline that slips before the ceremony begins
  • A family member dragged into set-up in their dress
  • Personal items left behind at the end of the night
What the day feels like for you
  • Waking up without a single logistical question on your mind
  • Being walked down the aisle by someone who has done this hundreds of times
  • A reception where your only role is to be present in it
  • Leaving the venue knowing every detail was held
What is included in the engagement
  • Engagement begins three weeks before the event
  • Full plan audit on what you have already built
  • Master timeline ownership and vendor confirmation outreach
  • Up to ten hours onsite with setup or breakdown oversight
  • Day-before ceremony rehearsal direction available as add-on
2026 · Starting at
$3,100Seattle  ·  $2,700 Vancouver / PDX

Tier · 02

The Planning & Management Experience

For the couple who has the venue, has the vendors in motion, and wants a guide to bring them all together.

You have eight vendors in motion and none of them are talking to each other. You are reading contracts in lunch breaks and trying to remember whether the rentals were confirmed. Six weeks before your wedding, I step in early enough to make the run-up to your day feel like the season it is supposed to be. Anticipation, not exhaustion.

The worries I quietly carry for you
  • A contract clause that turns into a surprise three months later
  • Vendor responses that go unanswered when life gets full
  • A floorplan that does not quite work and nobody noticed
  • Standing at your own ceremony with your phone in your hand
What planning feels like for you
  • A first call where the shape of the year ahead finally feels clear
  • Vendor decisions that come with a second opinion you actually trust
  • A floorplan, a timeline, and a clean rehearsal handed to you
  • A month before the wedding spent on yourself, not on your to-do list
What is included in the engagement
  • Engagement begins six weeks before the event
  • Full vendor audit, contract review, and confirmation outreach
  • Floorplan creation, timeline ownership, and rehearsal direction
  • Up to twelve hours onsite with one assistant for events over 100 guests
  • Setup and breakdown both included
2026 · Starting at
$4,700Seattle  ·  $3,700 Vancouver / PDX

From our first meeting to the last dance, Brittney carried the day. The vendors knew her name before we got there. The timeline ran the way she said it would. I never once felt rushed.

My mom kept saying afterward that the best money we spent was on Brittney. The whole day felt held. Even the small things we forgot, she had already thought of.

We hired Brittney for month-of and she gave us back our evenings. Every contract reviewed. Every vendor confirmed. Our planning year was actually peaceful, which felt like a small miracle.
