A Note from the Lead Planner
I lead the team, the design, the plan; so you can be present.
I am Brittney Blondino, and I plan and produce weddings across Seattle and the Pacific Northwest with a team of four lead coordinators under my oversight. I have run forty weddings in a single year and now hold a roster of ten by choice while my team carries the Wedding Day and Planning & Management work. The couples I serve remember how it felt to be taken care of.
Years of weddings teach you a particular kind of calm. The kind that lets a couple stop reaching for their phone, lets a family member sit down at the reception, lets a parent finally exhale. That calm is the work. It is also what no other boutique planner in this market is leading with.
Two weddings sit at the center of how I think about this work. The first was an Italian-style celebration at Sentinel, where the family dynamics ran in every direction at once and the vendor team needed someone holding the whole room. I learned what it means to be the steady hand in that kind of moment. The second was a wedding at Wind Mountain Ranch, where a multi-bus shuttle carried over a hundred guests across the Columbia Gorge without a single timing miss. The bigger the day, the calmer the planner has to be. Both lessons are still with me on every wedding I lead.
If you are looking for a planner who is going to lead, send a note. I would love to hear about the day you are building.
