Day-of Coordination
For the couple who wants to plan it all...

This package is for the couple who wants to plan all the way up until the wedding day and wants someone to step in and take stress off of the wedding day.
I am available the month of your wedding for last minute questions and needs. You can have less stress knowing your wedding day will run smoothly!

Unlimited communication starting 2 months before
Vendor recommendations
Meeting #1 Floorplan & Timeline Meeting (1 month)
Vendor confirmations
Meeting #2 Virtual final meeting (1-2 weeks)
Timeline creation & distribution
1 hr. Rehearsal coordination
Lead coordinator onsite for 10 hours
Assistant coordinator
Setup of personal decor and items
Set-up and tear-down coordination
Collaboration with vendor team to solve problems
Make sure all items have a plan post-event

This package is for the couple who wants a resource throughout their entire planning process and to not lift a finger on their wedding day.
I am available through the whole process and you can stress less the entire month before your wedding with no need to worry about the wedding day timeframe.

Unlimited email communication upon booking
Professional wedding expertise upon booking
Vendor recommendations and research
Wedding website look-over and advice
Meeting #1 Pre-wedding consultation (3-4 months out)
Contract reviews
Vendor collaboration and confirmations

Meeting #3 Virtual/In-person final meeting (2 weeks)
Timeline creation & distribution
Rental Coordination
1 hr. Rehearsal coordination
Lead coordinator onsite from set-up to tear-down
Includes necessary additional coordination staff
